Path

Consider the relationship between navigating a website and how we use the web as a tool to navigate. As the digital world increasingly meshes with our physical one, we must take into consideration what characteristics of place can inform our design of virtual experiences.

Long Island City

My idea was to make an interactive website that would allow viewers to explore some of Long Island City's landmark locations. Coordinates and pictures are bound to each location.

Document the Journey

I use my camera to record things that attract me along the way, such as sculptures, shops, and installations.

Each color represents a location. Viewers can open cards to explore. There will be a basic introduction to the place, or you can jump to its Google Street View to see what it really looks like.
